Founder, attended University of San Carlos school of Architecture, in Guatemala City, from 1979 to 1982, where he became senior graduate. He gained experience as an Enginering assistant at two engineering firms from 1980 to 1984, before moving to California. He explored the fields of Commercial art and Graphic Design during his years at Architectural school, and in the mid 1990's. He was a member staff at a newspaper during his tenure in College. In his infancy showed artistic talent, and later received training as a fine artist and cartoonist. In the late 90's worked for two Venturan architectural firms, and in the year 2000 he completed his Associate in Science Architecture degree at Ventura College. From 2000 to 2004 he conducted travel-studies through Spain, Italy and France to study Reinassance and Barroque architecture. He formed RGS design in 2001 in Ventura, as a single proprietorship. Today Renato is Director and project manager at RGS Design Studio Inc. who focuses on building design and interiors. He likes accuracy and thoroughness, and is detail oriented person who strives for innovation.
