We do the planning for your new home, room addition, kitchen, bath remodel, interior design or decoration. If the project requires a permit we formulate the preliminary concept; draw sketches or artistic renderings and work closely with the client until a desirable design is achieved. Our office will prepare a package of documents for the building department to review and approve for a final permit. We also assist through Design Review, Historic Preservation, or Planned Development Reviews if necessary.
